We guarantee quality workmanship to standard. Our services are provided by professional craftsmen from "HARDMAN Handyman Service - Your Home's Handyman," who have been trained to standard by the Department of Skill Development. They possess extensive expertise and experience in craftsmanship, backed by a 180-day installation warranty.

Standard equipment included in the installation service fee

  • Wiring, size 2x2.5 Sq.mm., length 4 meters
  • Grounding, size 1x1.5 Sq.mm., length 4 meters
  • 15 Amp breaker, 1 set
  • PVC pipes, actual use, not exceeding 4 meters, and no more than 20 joints
  • Pump inlet, suction pipe, 1" pipe, not exceeding 1 meter and pump outlet, delivery pipe, 1/2" or
  • 3/4" pipe, length not exceeding 4 meters
  • 3 PVC ball valves
  • 1 check valve

What customers need to prepare

  • Water pump or water tank
  • Pump and tank installation point (area that can support the weight of the water pump or water tank)
  • Electrical connection point
    • Automatic water pump, size not exceeding 350 watts, 1-phase electrical system, brown L wire, blue N wire, size not less than 2.5 sq.mm, green-yellow G wire, size not less than 1.5 sq.mm and a 30A breaker or a grounded socket prepared at the connection point
  • Water supply connection point
    • Water supply pipe Customers prepare PVC pipes or PPR pipes or galvanized pipes and prepare connection points with plugs or if the form is to change the water pump
  • *If the customer's work site does not prepare equipment or in the case that more equipment than the specified standard is used, including substandard wires and equipment prepared by the customer, HARDMAN will charge an additional service fee based on the actual cost. The price will be informed to the customer before installation.

Standard work procedures

  • Pre-work procedures
    • Determine the location of the water pump installation
    • Check the installation area, electrical connection points and water pipes, including the water tank support points to be strong and able to support the weight of the water tank
    • Check the condition of the pipes and joints to be complete and not damaged before installation
  • Steps during the work
  • Run the main power cable from the switch to the pump installation location, install the breaker
  • Close the main water gate into the house
  • System 1 Cut the bypass pipe and joints and check the valve. Leave the end of the pipe as a three-way joint that can supply water into the house and to connect to the water system through the pump
  • System 2 Connect the water inlet pipe from the meter, connect the water tank and install a float inside the water tank to cut off water into the tank when the tank is full
  • Connect the water pipe from the water tank to the water pump with a ball valve and connect the pipe from the pump to the water supply system in the house with a threaded joint and an elbow. Connect both pipes with PVC pipe glue
  • Check the inlet and outlet pipe systems again to prevent errors in connecting the water system
  • Test opening the main water gate and letting water into the water tank And test opening from the water tank while not plugged in or turning off the control breaker to check for leaks in the pipe joints.
  • Plug the water pump into the socket or circuit breaker.
  • Connect the water pipe from the water pump by connecting both pipes with glue.
  • Test the water without turning on the switch to check the joints.
  • Connect the water line from the water pump to the control switch.

Work inspection steps

  • Check the pump operation by turning on the faucet. The pump works and stops when turning off the faucet.
  • Check the sound of continuous operation or stuck while turning on the water.
  • Check the joints and connection points of the newly cut joints to check for leaks.
  • Check the pump when the faucet is not turned on. Is the pump working?
  • Close the water pump cover properly.

Usage recommendations

  • Check the water level in the water tank to have water in the reserve tank for continuous use. Do not let the water run out. This will damage the pump.
  • Check the operation of the water pump. There is no water leakage at the joints or broken pipes. The water pump works according to the rhythm of water use in the house.
  • In case of a burning smell, switch the pump control switch immediately.

Installation service conditions

  • In the event that the installation cannot be done because the customer did not prepare the area or did not notify the postponement 2 days before the appointment date, the company will charge a travel fee of 300 baht/time.
  • The wiring and pipes will be exposed only.
  • The standard equipment included in the installation service fee, the company provides only the actual use.
  • The company reserves the right to deliver unused equipment and cannot be exchanged for money or discounts. In case of excess equipment purchased by the customer, the labor charge is 50% of the price of that equipment.
  • In case of non-standard equipment that comes with the product and is used for installation, the company does not charge for the labor cost of the equipment.
    180-day warranty after installation and is only responsible for damages caused by the installation.
  • We reserve the right to not exchange or return products that have been installed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to areas at risk of danger in case of lifting products to high places and there is insufficient safety in transporting.
  • In case the customer requests to move the installation point or install an old machine, the labor charge will be calculated according to the service fee table.
  • The company will not be responsible for any damages resulting from the following cases:
  • The customer hires an outsider to install or repair the company's installation work.
  • The customer hires or allows the company's installers to work outside of the items specified in the work sheet without going through the company.

Note

  • In case of requesting to postpone the service appointment, please notify 2 days in advance of the appointment date (during business hours 8:30 a.m. -5:30 p.m.) at 0992502828 and can postpone the appointment up to 2 times
  • In case of not requesting to postpone the appointment or the technician has traveled but cannot proceed because the customer did not inform the project juristic person or it is outside the working hours of the work site, the company reserves the right to charge a travel fee of 300 baht per time
  • In case of changing/returning or canceling the service, the purchase or installation can be canceled within 14 days from the date of confirmation of the purchase in the system
  • We reserve the right not to refund the service fee that has been installed or used in all cases, including standard installation equipment. It cannot be changed, cut, returned, or requested as a discount
  • We reserve the right to change the price and terms of service without prior notice. The service price is the net price, including VAT, but does not include the service fee for moving property out of the work site.
  • We request customers to cooperate in storing and moving valuable property out of the work area. The company reserves the right not to be responsible for any damage, loss or damage in any case.
  • The company requests permission to take photos of the customer's work area to use as data for evaluating the work area for service.
  • In the event that the customer's work area has parking fees, the company will charge additional fees later.
