How to register BOSCH power tool warranty
Step 1: Download the BOSCH PRO360 app

Step 2: Sign up or log in
Open the BOSCH PRO360 app and create a new account by completing the required information.
âNote: Existing BOSCH customers can log in directly using their current Bosch SingleKey ID — no new registration required.
Step 3: Register your product
Select “Add Tool”, then choose one of the following three registration methods:
Method 1: Scan the tool nameplate
- Use your smartphone camera to scan the product number from the tool’s nameplate
- If scanning fails, the system will display “Product number not recognized.” Select “Try again” or “Enter manually”
- Once verified, upload proof of purchase and tap “Finish”
âFor Shopee purchases, the order confirmation page can be used instead of a receipt.
Method 2: Manual entry
- Select the brand and enter the product number from the nameplate
â(10-digit number, e.g. 3601JG0300X) - Enter the serial number
â(9-digit number located on the white label on the tool) - Tap “Continue”
- Select the purchase date and upload proof of purchase
âShopee order pages are accepted as proof - Tap “Finish” to complete registration
Method 3: Bluetooth connection
(Available for Bluetooth-enabled models, such as those ending with the letter “C”)
- Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone and place the tool nearby
- Select the tool from the list in the app, connect, upload proof of purchase, and tap “Finish”
Note: Proof of purchase can be a receipt or an online order confirmation. It is recommended to register your product immediately after purchase to receive full warranty benefits.
BOSCH power tool warranty details
- The new Bosch Professional standard warranty covers power tools, batteries, and chargers purchased from January 1, 2023 onward
- Please check additional warranty details via the BeConnected app
- * Additional +6 months warranty for Bosch Heavy Duty tools and digital measuring tools when registered online via the BeConnected app
- ** Additional +6 months warranty for home and garden tools when registered online via LINE @BoschPTthailand
BOSCH power tool warranty terms and conditions
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects in parts and labor for 12 months from the purchase date (effective for products purchased from January 1, 2023)
- Digital measuring tools and home & garden tools are covered for 6 months
- Products submitted for warranty must be in original condition, not disassembled, and accompanied by proof of purchase or a copy of the online warranty registration from the BOSCH PRO360 app
- Warranty approval is subject to the discretion of the BOSCH service department
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Repairs, modifications, or part replacements using non-genuine Bosch parts or performed by unauthorized personnel
- Accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or natural disasters
- Incorrect voltage usage or voltage fluctuations
- Use outside the intended purpose or contrary to the user manual
- Use of incompatible or non-genuine Bosch accessories
- Repairs, modifications, or part replacements using non-genuine Bosch parts or performed by unauthorized personnel
- Alteration or modification of warranty information
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to Bosch power tools imported and distributed by Robert Bosch Limited Thailand.
