ASAHI Horizontal Multi-Jet Water Meter 1" (GMK 25 R80)

The ASAHI GMK series water meter provides high accuracy and reliability, certified by the Department of Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce (2019 quality testing standard). • Sealed Register: The gear and dial assembly are hermetically sealed, preventing water or impurities from entering. This ensures a clear dial without fogging and smooth operation of number rollers.
  
• Anti-Magnetic Protection: Effectively resists external magnetic interference, maintaining accuracy and reliability of measurements.
  
• Lightweight Impeller with Magnet: The impeller, made of lightweight material with a magnet at the shaft end, drives the magnetic system in the register. Only the impeller moves in contact with water, reducing friction and wear.
  
• Clear and Precise Reading: Rollers are aligned in one line, making the volume reading simple and accurate.
  
• High Sensitivity at Low Flow: With minimal internal friction, the meter provides accurate measurement even at low flow rates.
  
• Pilot Star Indicator: Located at the center of the dial, it shows the water flow activity and helps detect possible leakages in the pipeline.
  
• Easy Maintenance: The register and impeller assembly can be replaced at a low cost.

Note: The correct selection of water meter size depends on the actual flow rate, not only on the pipe size. If the meters nominal flow (Q3) is lower than the actual usage, the meter will overload and cause high pressure loss at peak flow. Conversely, if the meters nominal flow is too high, it may lead to inaccurate readings at low flow rates.
