WELPRO CD MMA 100 Inverter Welder

The WELPRO CD MMA 100 Inverter Welder is a compact, high-quality welding machine designed for household welding, DIY projects, maintenance, repair work, and general installation applications. It delivers a full-rated welding current of up to 100A, providing a smooth, stable, and consistent welding arc.

The welding current can be precisely adjusted from 20–100A and clearly displayed on the built-in Digital Display, making it easy to read and adjust the welding settings. The machine supports welding electrodes from 1.6 mm to 2.6 mm and is designed to handle continuous welding with 2.6 mm electrodes for extended periods.

The machine features front-mounted MMA terminals that allow the welding polarity to be easily switched according to the welding application and electrode type. For enhanced user safety, the VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) system reduces the open-circuit voltage to just 12V when welding is not in operation or while changing electrodes, helping reduce the risk of electric shock.

Built-in welding assistance functions include Hot Start, which increases the welding current when starting the arc for easier arc ignition; Arc Force, which compensates for changes in welding current when the arc length fluctuates, helping maintain a stable arc and smooth weld; and Anti Stick, which automatically cuts the welding current when the electrode sticks to the workpiece, helping prevent the electrode from overheating or becoming stuck.
