The MILWAUKEE ISHL-LED Intrinsically Safe LED Headlamp is designed for use in hazardous environments where flammable gases, vapors, and mists may be present. This intrinsically safe headlamp is certified for use in Zone 0 hazardous locations, helping reduce the risk of sparks that could potentially cause ignition.

It is ideal for use in the oil and gas, petrochemical, rescue, firefighting, and other hazardous industries where flammable atmospheres may occur.

Featuring TRUEVIEWâ„Ē High Definition Output technology, the headlamp delivers up to 310 lumens with a maximum beam distance of 100 meters. It offers both Spot and Flood beam options, allowing users to choose between long-distance illumination and wider-area lighting. With 5 lighting modes, users can adjust brightness and runtime according to the requirements of each application.

The compact and lightweight design features a pivoting light head with 7 adjustable positions, allowing users to direct the beam exactly where needed. The headlamp includes a rubber strap for mounting to hard hats and a nylon strap for direct head mounting. It also comes with DUAL LOCKâ„Ē adhesive mounting for attaching the light to a hard hat without using straps, as well as 4 universal hard-hat clips for versatile installation.

Powered by 3 AAA batteries, the headlamp provides up to 40 hours of runtime in Flood Low mode. It is rated IP64 for protection against dust and water and can withstand drops from up to 2 meters, making it suitable for demanding work environments where durability and safety are essential.
